2. Information we process

Club925 Studio may process product information, product images, marketplace listing content, publishing schedules and posting history supplied by Club925. When a platform account is connected, the application may receive account identifiers, board or Page information, authorization scopes, access tokens, refresh tokens, token expiry information and publishing results.

3. Pinterest data

Pinterest information is accessed only after the Club925 account owner authorizes the connection. The application uses authorized Pinterest data to identify Club925 boards, publish Club925 Pins, link Pins to Club925 Etsy listings, confirm publication and maintain posting history. Club925 Studio does not sell Pinterest data, use it to build profiles of other users, or provide Pinterest publishing services to third parties.

4. Meta and Instagram data

Meta or Instagram information is accessed only after authorization. It may be used to identify the connected Facebook Page and Instagram Business account, publish Club925 feed or Story content, confirm publication and record errors or results.

5. Other service providers

The application may communicate with OpenAI for content assistance and with Etsy or eBay through links and business information supplied by Club925. These providers process information under their own terms and privacy policies.

6. Storage and security

Application data and authorization credentials are stored only as needed to operate Club925 Studio. Reasonable technical and administrative measures are used to limit access. Credentials are not intentionally displayed publicly.

7. Retention and deletion

Publishing history and business records may be retained for operational, audit and troubleshooting purposes. Authorization tokens are retained while the associated connection remains active or until they expire. When an account is disconnected, Club925 Studio will stop using the connection and remove locally stored authorization credentials where technically possible. A deletion request may be sent to [email protected].

8. Sharing

Club925 Studio does not sell personal information or platform data. Information is shared only with service providers required to perform an authorized operation, or when required by law.

9. Website analytics and cookies

This initial website does not intentionally use advertising cookies or behavioural tracking. Basic security or hosting logs may be generated by the hosting provider.

10. Independence

Club925 Studio is independently developed and is not endorsed by, sponsored by, or affiliated with Pinterest, Meta, Instagram, Etsy, eBay or OpenAI. All trademarks belong to their respective owners.

11. Changes

This policy may be updated as the application or its integrations change. The effective date will be revised when material changes are published.
